The Great Mahasiddha and Mahamudra Master Saraha said: “Without karmamudra, there is no mahamudra”

What are the differences and connections between these two mudras?

Join Dr. Nida Chenagtsang in this 7-day vajrayana yoga retreat where he will skillfully guides us to understand, control and transform your mind through the lower path of bliss and the upper path of liberation.

YUTHOK NYINGTHIG MAHAMUDRA

Mahamudra literally means ‘Great Gesture’, but is commonly translated as ‘Great Seal’. It is one of the most advanced Tibetan meditation methods of the Vajrayana tradition, practiced by most of the Tibetan Tantric schools. It is a direct teaching about the true nature of mind. Teachings about it can also be found in the Sutra tradition, such as in the Prajnaparamita Sutras where it is conducted through Samatha and Vipassana meditation.

The teachings on Mahamudra in the Yuthok Nyingthig – like most Mahamudra teachings – explain about the Four Yogas of Mahamudra. Based on the transformation of body channels and energy during the Dzogrim stage, Yuthok Nyingthig’s Mahamudra aims especially at the thigle (essence drop of the mind) transformation.

YUTHOK NYINGTHIG KARMAMUDRA

The Yuthok Nyingthig contains a very extensive teaching on Karmamudra as a key point to achieve innate clear light experience. This practice of the orgasm state is also known as the ‘path of bliss’ or the ‘union practice’. It can be done alone or with a partner and involves training in yogic exercises and utilizing the energy and channels to attain different levels of bliss experiences to integrate with meditation, for both men and women.

According to the Yuthok Nyingthig, the result of Karmamudra can lead to the attainment of the Rainbow Body.

PUBLIC TEACHING: YUTHOK NYINGTHIG ATI YOGA & GURU SADHANA TRANSMISSION

Guided by Dr.Nida Chenagtsang

🔔 Participation in Ati Yoga course is open to all but presupposes that you received Yuthok Nyingthig teachings and will commit to complete Ngöndro retreat in future.

Ati Yoga (Tib: Dzogchen), literally meaning the ‘utmost yoga,’ is the pinnacle of Buddhist Vajrayana practice. It is the most simple, direct, and profound meditation technique to directly experience the ultimate nature of our mind.

Dr. Nida’s presentation of Ati Yoga is always new and alive, constantly pointing us back to the state of awareness in a non-conceptual experiential way.

In the Yuthok Nyingthig cycle of spiritual teachings the chapter on Ati Yoga is called ‘The Self-Liberation of Samsara-Nirvana’. It is the secret path for realizing the final rainbow body, the expression of the complete transformation and control over the elements of matter, energy, and mind; a practice which completely ends samsara.

In addition to this precious teaching, Dr. Nida Chenagtsang will  also be bestowing the transmission of Yuthok Guru Sadhana by the great 17th century master Karma Chakme.
